Australand offers mortgage savings on new homes
Australand is offering buyers of properties in its new Botanica estate a payment of up to $20,000 towards their home loan.
The Mortgage Saver promotion, which commences today, coincides with the developer’s latest off-the-plan release of 13 new homes at the Botanica estate in Lidcombe, 14km west of the Sydney CBD.

The Palms Collection will comprise of a range of homes including two bedroom garden homes priced at $525,000, and three and four bedroom homes ranging from $600,000 to $805,000.
“With its extensive parklands and wide selection of well designed, low maintenance homes, Botanica is a relaxed, family friendly community that provides a high quality living environment and value for money,” said Australand NSW residential general manager Nigel Edgar.

Lying just 14 kilometres from Sydney CBD, the community integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure to ensure residents enjoy all the convenience of living in Sydney’s Inner West,” he said.
Based on a $600,000 loan, buyers can save as much as $107,784 in mortgage interest and reduce up to 2 years and 4 months off the term of their loan, depending on the length of the loan and the interest payable, according to Australand.
The promotion, which is also available on a selection of ready to move into homes, kicks off today until June 30 unless sold sooner.
