Ms Lomas explained that this new tool is crucial for any serious investor, providing the latest in comprehensive property portfolio tracking and analysis, with a system that is “the epitome of systems for property investors, and one we have worked on for many years.
“DestinyLive is a crucial component for all investors at any stage of the property investing journey. Much of the education I have provided over the years is available at your fingertips,” she said of the new product.
The tool allows users to track and analyse their portfolio through a range of features, built by Australian property investors and experts, specifically for the Australian market.
With real-time numbers, it allows investors to stay up to date with macro and micro details, from their portfolio’s overall cash flow, to individual expenses and income.
“The dashboard ensures you don't miss a thing. By giving you a birdseye view across your portfolio the dashboard ensures you always know what's going on,” explained Ms Lomas.
“Having a clear real-time overview of your property is vital for your investment decisions. With the property overview screen you get a view across the recent activity of an individual property, management information, as well as those all important calculations.”
“With the property and account summary screens, investors can manage today, understand yesterday and prepare for tomorrow”, Ms Lomas said, “and with DestinyLive’s property tax schedules and intelligent deduction management, not only does the investor have access to the most accurate of calculation information, but it also means less work for their accountant.”
