A $9.5 million project has recently been given the ‘green light’ for the final stages, according to new statements.
The WA $9.5 million Wiluna Health Clinic project is set to be complete, with work on the final additions to begin soon.

“The decision by the state and federal governments means the new facility can be licensed and open in the New Year,” said health minister Kim Hames.
A total of $780,000 has been committed by state and federal governments.
Positive Real Estate’s Sam Saggers recently told Smart Property Investment about the significance of health developments for investors choosing a hotspot, explaining that “Values will always do well if you are located close to healthcare or an area that has solid healthcare.”
Mr Saggers said that with an ageing population this is increasingly important, and with the expensive nature of hospitals they are unlikely to be shut down.
“Hospitals and other health-oriented developments can be a generator of employment and an attraction for more people moving into the area,” he said.
