Leading property minds share investment insights
Some of the property investment industry’s leading minds will come together to discuss the outlook for the Australian residential property market and the key issues and investment strategies investors should be abreast of at the Smart Property Investment/PIPA Roundtable, to take place next week.
The inaugural event, hosted by Smart Property Investment and partnered by the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), will take place at the Smart Property Investment offices, next Tuesday 29 January.
Attendees include PIPA chair Ben Kingsley, Right Property Group’s Steve Waters, Property Secrets’ Paul Giezekamp and Washington Brown’s Craig Hogg.
According to Smart Property Investment editor Phillip Tarrant, the Roundtable will provide a unique opportunity for the investment community to gain new insights into the art of property investment.
“This new initiative will concentrate not only on property market trends, but how property investors can best approach investment in the current market,” he said.
“PIPA members are property investment specialists and through hosting this event, we hope to uncover some significant insights which we can then share with our readers.”
Mr Tarrant said knowledge building and research are particularly pertinent in the current property market.
“Property investment is no longer a guaranteed quick buck – investors need to be calculated in their approach, so we’ll be looking to find out just which strategies the experts are backing.”
Key findings from the Smart Property Investment/PIPA Roundtable will be published in the April issue of Smart Property Investment magazine. Click here to subscribe now.
