Deep discounts in SA town
One small regional centre in South Australia has three of the state’s most dramatically discounted properties.
An analysis by SQM Research shows the ten properties throughout the state with the biggest price cuts since the properties were listed.

The town of Strathalbyn took out three of the top ten spots.
A property at 21 Cotton Court was originally listed for $498,000 but is now being offered for $325,000, a discount of 35 per cent.
Prices for another property, at 2 Rankine Street, have dropped by 27 per cent to a current price of $359,950.
Meanwhile, the price of 23 West Terrace has fallen by 26 per cent, having been originally listed for $650,000.
All three properties have been on the market for over three years.
Elsewhere in the state, the biggest price slash was offered on the luxurious house at 35 The Walk in Mawson Lakes.
Originally put on the market for $1.8 million, the house is now being offered at $1.15 million, a drop of 36 per cent.
The only unit on the list is at 19/100 Rose Terrace in Wayville.
The vendors have slashed by the price by 25 per cent since it was first put on the market 448 days ago.
