2014’s biggest growth suburbs revealed
The suburbs which experienced the largest change in median price over the past 12 months have been uncovered in a new report.
CoreLogic RP Data’s ‘Best of the Best’ report, released this morning, reveals the suburbs across the country that experienced the most significant change in median values.

The western Sydney suburb of Mays Hill, near Parramatta, topped the national houses list with a 48.8 per cent change in median value over the 12 months to September 2014.
In second place was Tallong, in the NSW Southern Tablelands region, which experienced a 48.7 per cent change in median values for houses, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
All suburbs on the national housing list were in NSW, and the state had six suburbs in the top 10 units, with Victoria taking out the remaining four places.
For units, Winston Hills in the Parramatta LGA topped the list, with the median price climbing 41.5 per cent to $450,840.
