Expo organisers have picked the best speakers, property commentators, auctioneers and exhibitors to divulge where property markets are heading and their latest tips to take advantage of market conditions. This is a must-attend event for anyone who would like to create wealth by investing in a home or investment property.

The action-packed event will take place over three days from 30 October until 1 November at the Sydney Showgrounds in Homebush.

Kylie Mayer, event organiser for the Property Buyer Expo 2015, said: “This year’s event is about delivering a picture of what the future of property will look like from ‘the best of the best’ working in the property industry. Exhibitors have been chosen to represent all aspects of the property life cycle and will showcase the very latest services and products available to homeowners and property investors alike."

Ms Mayer added: “The event features exclusive residential property offers in high-profile projects both locally and overseas, a VIP lounge to meet the experts, educational and controversial speaker topics, 30- and 60-minute property masterclasses, expert discussion panels with hot topics and live auctions showcasing the very latest apartments and home projects.”

“The expo is about empowering homeowners and investors to make informed and educated decisions that will help build their future wealth. The property market and rules governing it are constantly changing. All of the exhibitors and speakers are focused on helping property buyers make better investment choices to ultimately make more money,” she explained.

Ms Mayer concluded: “Whether you are a first home buyer, sophisticated property investor or homeowner seeking to invest in property, there are presentations and exhibitors available to help. We are providing an event where property buyers can learn and interact in an educational environment with a view to increasing their wealth."

The exhibitor list is extensive and includes specialists in residential communities, townhouses, off-the-plan developments, house and land packages, as well as builders, conveyancers, home loan providers, accountants, real estate agents, financial planners, insurers, tax depreciation, concierge services, buyers’ agents, industry associations and government departments.

Several property experts will lead the presentations and panel discussions, some of which include: Effie Zahos, editor: Money magazine; Chris Gray, managing director: Your Empire; Margaret Lomas, managing director: Destiny Financial Solutions; Nicola McDougall, editor: Australian Property Investor magazine; Tyron Hyde, managing director: Washington Brown; Michael McKinney, managing director: Sellers Concierge; Philippe Brach, CEO: Multifocus Properties & Finance; Ben Kingsley, CEO: Empower Wealth; and Siobhan Hayden, CEO: Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
