CBA and NAB ranked third and fourth respectively, with satisfaction ratings of 68.0 per cent and 65.4 per cent.
Overall, 72.2 per cent of business banking customers are largely satisfied with their major lender – a 0.4 per cent increase in comparison to six months ago.
Despite ANZ taking first position once again, TNS found that any one of the majors could rank first within the medium term.
“The convergence in satisfaction levels between the major banks since the GFC suggests that any of these banks could achieve top ranking for satisfaction in the short-to-medium term.
"The strongest bank franchises are characterised by those banks who are able to provide a consistently error free experience, while providing real support to clients in helping them achieve their business goals,” the report read.
