Research has pinpointed the top 10 suburbs in Sydney seeing the most demand.
Sound Property Group’s latest State Profile Report has compiled a list of the top 10 most in demand Sydney suburbs in terms of houses and units.

The research also showed the change in median house and unit prices for the 12 months to May 2019.
In terms of houses, the median house price decreased by 8.5 per cent, with a median price of $937,500. The 12 month change in median rents was recorded at -5.0 per cent.
In terms of units, the median unit price decreased by 7.2 per cent, with a median price of $715,000. The 12 month change in median rents was recorded at -3.8 per cent.
