A new specialised accreditation program is set to help anyone dealing with property to find the right professional for the job, thanks to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
The REIWA Accreditation Program aims to assist Western Australians in making more confident and informed decisions, according to CEO Neville Pozzi.

By highlighting the specialisations of WA real estate professionals, home owners and investors can do away with “guess work” and easily identify who they need to engage with at any point in their investment journey, he said.
“We are always looking for ways to improve the standards of excellence within the WA real estate industry.
“Choosing a real estate professional to help you buy, sell or manage property is a big decision… so you [need to] feel confident the real estate professional you are dealing with is an industry leader and highly specialised in their field,” the CEO added.
Specialty fields included in the program include: auctioneer, business broker, buyer’s agent, commercial leasing, commercial sales, commercial property management, property manager, rural representative, sales representative and strata manager.
