A new report has revealed it is possible to fuse affordability with a seaside lifestyle.

Property Credit has released its latest report Affordable Coastal Havens, highlighting a number of suburbs across the country that are offering prospective purchasers bang for their buck.

Giordano Stepancic, CEO of Property Credit, stated: “This report is tailored for Australians who are eager to enhance their quality of life by relocating to coastal areas where they can enjoy both the tranquillity of the beach and a vibrant community atmosphere without compromising on cost.”

The methodology utilised within the report involved a detailed examination of listing counts and inventory levels, thereby ensuring that each suburb meets a rigorous financial criteria, offers sufficient real estate options, and caters towards a variety of marketing conditions.

“Our thorough selection process ensures that every suburb listed offers significant value and meets a range of preferences,” stated Stepancic.

While NSW is often cited as the most expensive state for property, the report has uncovered 10 suburbs by the beach that are still offering asking prices below $1 million.
