Building society tops consumer rating
Heritage Building Society has beaten all of Australia’s other financial institutions to record the country’s highest consumer satisfaction rating, new research has revealed.
According to recent Roy Morgan research, the lender scored a 90.9 per cent customer satisfaction rating in the survey – well above the average satisfaction rating of the big four, which came in at 75.8 per cent.
Heritage’s chief executive officer John Minz said the survey outcome clearly demonstrated that Heritage was delivering on its people first promise to its members.
“Topping the country for customer satisfaction is a well-deserved reward for the efforts we put into delivering fantastic service and products for our members,” Mr Minz said.
“Heritage exists to serve its members. When we talk about putting people first, that’s exactly what we do, whether by offering better interest rates, a wide range of products, longer opening hours or fairer fees.
“Our staff bring that customer focus to life in everything they do and the results speak for themselves.”
