The two bedroom home in Bonnie Doon, made famous by the movie The Castle, is being offered for sale by RT Edgar for $188,000.
The property features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, veranda – with mozzie zapper included – and sits opposite the lake.
According to RT Edgar the property offers investors not only a holiday home for themselves, but a business opportunity to capitalise on holiday makers looking to experience the serenity the Kerrigans so enjoyed.
“With the lake full, recent good snow seasons and high tourist numbers visiting the area, it is the ideal holiday rental. And the right marketing - perhaps a good web site and some items like stubby holders, t-shirts and caps - could provide extra income as well,” the real estate said.
