Sydney’s Wolseley Road has been ranked the ninth most expensive street in the world.
According to a survey by The Wall Street Journal’s sister publication Financial News, real estate in the harbour front Point Piper strip costs $21,000 per square metre.
The most expensive street in the world was Severn Road, Hong Kong where property buyers fork out $78,000 per square metre.

Second on the list was Kensington Palace Gardens in London followed by Avenue Princesse Grace Monaco in Monaco and Fifth Avenue, New York.
