Demand increases in outer suburbs, ACT
Demand in the ACT was found to be in the middle to outer ring of the state, with eight of the top ten most sought after markets in the outer suburbs of Canberra, according to a new report.
The realestate.com.au Top Ten Seller's Markets list showed, based on market supply compared to demand, the suburbs that are popular for consumers.

“A heightened level of interest in a property listing means greater competition and more likelihood that the property will sell at an acceptable price. The top sellers’ markets survey is a great indicator of current consumer interest in a suburb, which we are seeing translate into increased participation in the market three of four months down the track,” said Joanna Whyte, from realestate.com.au.
The report put the number one suburb as Macgregor.
