The portal has access via LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+, and allows registered customers to monitor property information such as historical market statistics dating back 15 years, and track real-time property data.
Investrac also provides the number of sales in a suburb of town, the average sales price, medan prices, recent sales and current stock.
CEO Angus Raine says Investrac is “a great tool that also enables users to follow the property market in their local area and those suburbs and towns where they may have real estate investments.”
“Ultimately, we want our customers to make informed buying, selling or investment decisions, and Investrac, along with the advice of a Raine & Horne agent, can make a significant difference to the financial outcome of a property transaction,” says Mr Raine.
“We have tested Investrac with a large sample of our offices and have received excellent feedback.”
Investrac is due to go live on September 1st 2013, and interested property consumers can contact their nearest Raine & Horne agent to find out more.
