A purely Sydney-based portfolio
John Comino purchased his first property in Australia while still in the UK after feeling like he needed to be bring more to the relationship ahead of proposing to his already property-owning partner. Now married, John and his wife continue to grow their portfolio from strength to strength.
In this episode of the Smart Property Investment show host Phil Tarrant sits down with John to discuss his purely Sydney based property portfolio and share why he decided to become a buyers agent rather than continuing his work as a chartered accountant.
John will discuss the process of buying property while based overseas, share what he looks for in an investment property, and offer his thoughts on principal and interest loans.
