Property expert shares the next suburbs set to boom
Peter Koulizos, chairman of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia and property lecturer, wrote a book 10 years ago with his predictions of which suburbs were going to be the best for investors. Today, he revisits those predictions and once again reveals the spots that investors should be investing to make money in the next cycle.
Having made a number of successful predictions and investments himself, Peter shares the science behind how he picks an area set for growth and lists the boxes that you want to tick if choosing the next hotspot.
