Non-bank lender Opportune Home Loans is offering a $600 rebate to borrowers who seek approval for a home loan before the end of the year.
The $600 will be available to all borrowers who settle loans between now and 28 February 2011, so long as unconditional approval is arranged by the end of December 2010.
Paul Ryan, founder of Opportune, said he was acutely aware of the importance of a competitive and healthy home loan market for consumers.
