Redom shares with host Tim Neary to explain what we are seeing in the current finance climate and how it can be linked to happenings in 2014, what he is doing through this year as an investor and gives his take on how other investors approach their portfolios.
He discusses the changes to interest-only loans and how this will impact borrowers, reveals what he believes to be the great news in the year ahead for property investors, and why he believes we are likely to see a drop on the cash rate before we see it go up.
