The Business Innovation Award highlights women in business who demostrate innovation across a number of areas, including sales and marketing, process, product or service.
More than 4,000 people have been through Ms Barber’s property renovation course over the past four years, but Ms Barber said she isn’t afraid to share her secrets.
“The course transforms people’s lives and I am honoured to be able to share my experiences to help others,” she said.
The New South Wales winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner on Friday 18 October.
